Terms
These are the plain-English terms for working with SabaiReply. Before anything starts, you get a short written agreement that sets out your plan and prices and includes these terms.
Who you're dealing with
SabaiReply is a trading name of Lloyd Morris, a sole trader based in Uxbridge. SabaiReply is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the prices. These terms are for business customers, not consumers. Contact: lloyd@sabaireply.com or WhatsApp 07512 843046.
Plans and prices
- Website: £300 setup, then £49 a month.
- Website + Assistant: £500 setup, then £99 a month.
- Full Autopilot: £800 setup, then £179 a month.
What each plan includes is listed on the pricing section and in your agreement. Each plan includes everything in the one before it.
The free mock-up and the setup fee
- The mock-up of your website is free, with no obligation.
- The setup fee is paid in two halves: the first once you've seen the mock-up and want to go ahead, the second when your service goes live. It covers building your website, setting up your Google Business Profile and, on the Assistant plans, setting up your assistant, and its WhatsApp number.
- If I can't get your service live for reasons on my side, or because a provider such as Meta or Google won't approve it, I'll refund the setup fee in full.
- Otherwise the setup fee isn't refundable once the build has started, because the work is done for you. If things are held up while I wait for your photos or details, I'll keep your build ready for when you are. Nothing goes live until you've approved it.
Monthly fee and leaving
- The monthly fee is paid in advance by Direct Debit, card or bank transfer, on the same date each month, starting when your service goes live.
- There's no minimum term. You can leave any time by giving 30 days' notice by email or WhatsApp, and you pay up to the end of that notice.
- I'll give you at least 60 days' notice of any price change, and you can leave before it applies.
- If a payment is more than 14 days late, the service may be paused after 7 days' written warning.
What's yours
- Your business name, logo, photos, prices, reviews, customers, messages and bookings are yours.
- Your web address (domain), Google Business Profile and Facebook and Instagram pages are in your name. I'm only added as a manager.
- If you leave, within 30 days of your notice ending I'll hand over your website's text and images, help point your domain elsewhere, and send your customers, bookings, quotes and messages (chat messages from the last 12 months) as a spreadsheet. Within a further 30 days I delete your data, apart from anything the law says I must keep, such as invoices.
The AI assistant
- Your assistant runs on its own WhatsApp Business number, which I provide. Your own WhatsApp isn't affected. If you leave, anyone who messages that number gets an automatic reply with your own number for 90 days.
- Customers are told they're talking to an AI assistant. It only answers from the information you give it, passes anything it's unsure about to you, and never confirms a job, price or time without you.
- It can still make mistakes, so please keep your information up to date and reply to the bookings and messages it passes to you.
- Review requests and service reminders only go to customers who said yes when the assistant asked if they're happy to get follow-up messages. Everyone who agreed gets the same review link, whatever they thought of the job (no filtering out unhappy customers), and every message lets them reply STOP.
What I ask of you
- Give accurate details about your services, prices, areas and hours, and tell me when they change. Small updates are included and normally done within 2 working days.
- Only send photos and content you have the right to use.
- Approve social posts before they go out, if your plan includes them.
- Keep any licences or registrations your trade needs, such as Gas Safe.
Limits
- I can't guarantee a particular number of enquiries or jobs, or a position on Google.
- The service relies on WhatsApp, Google, Facebook, Instagram, phone networks and hosting companies. I'm not responsible for their outages, but I'll work to get things running again as quickly as I can.
- Apart from anything the law doesn't allow to be limited, my total liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the 12 months before a claim, and neither of us is liable for loss of profit or indirect loss.
- Your data is handled as set out in the privacy policy, and your agreement includes a data processing agreement under Article 28 of the UK GDPR.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
